You may receive a Takashimaya Shopper’s Card when showing your passport at the designated place within each store, such as the Tax Refund Counter. Takashimaya Shopper’s Card offers a five percent discount.
Conditions for using Takashimaya Shopper’s Card are as below:
- Takashimaya Shopper’s Card can be used for any purchase of 3,000 yen or more. (before tax)
- Payment can be made by cash, credit card, China UnionPay card, Alipay or WeChat Pay when using Takashimaya Shopper’s Card.
- You have to show your passport before receiving a Takashimaya Shopper’s Card.
- Takashimaya Shopper’s Card may not be applicable to some departments/items.
- Items in the watch and jewelry department and luxury brand items are not eligible. Please ask store staff for more information on which brands and departments are eligible for discount.
- A Takashimaya Shopper’s Card cannot be used at JR Nagoya Takashimaya, and shops in shopping centers adjacent to Takashimaya.
